Townsville, QLD, Australia 11 March 2014 – Menninger Capital has advised 1300SMILES Ltd on the successful acquisition of its first dental practice in New South Wales, based in Cammeray, a lower north shore suburb of Sydney, approximately 5 kilometers from the central business district.
Whilst not financially material overall (given the scale of the 1300SMILES’ established operations), this practice is strategically significant as it represents a further expansion for the company into the New South Wales market. The acquisition is expected to make an immediate contribution to both profit and earnings per share.
